How we
Work.

Depth over volume.

EPIC Law is not a high-volume practice. Advocates are expected to know their briefs thoroughly, engage with doctrine critically, and argue with precision.

Mentorship by practice.

Junior advocates work directly with senior counsel on all matters. There are no siloed teams or workflow insulation.

Strict confidentiality culture.

Client identities, case strategy, and all internal communications are strictly confidential. Discretion is a condition of employment, not a preference.

No billing targets.

Compensation is based on seniority and contribution — not billable-hour metrics. The firm does not operate a target-driven culture.

Professional Development.

Advocates at EPIC Law are encouraged to publish, teach, and participate in the broader legal community. The firm supports attendance at continuing legal education programmes and bar association activities.

There is no internal policy against appearing in other chambers or accepting devilled briefs, subject to conflict checks and the Founding Partner’s approval.

The firm maintains a working library of current legal texts and case law reporters. Research support is available for complex matters.
