Structure
EPIC Law is a division of Bahali Investment Group LLP. The firm operates as a collegial practice: matters are distributed by specialisation and capacity, not by seniority alone. Every significant strategic or ethical decision is taken collectively by the partners.
Leadership
Day-to-day management of the firm is the responsibility of the Founding Partner. Decisions on client intake, conflict checks, and billing policy are reserved for the partners collectively.
Conflict of Interest
EPIC Law runs a conflicts check on every new matter before accepting the brief. The firm declines mandates where a conflict — present or foreseeable — cannot be managed by informed consent and appropriate screening.
Fees and Billing
Fee arrangements are set out in the written retainer for each matter. The firm does not quote fees on this website. Information on the website does not constitute a quotation or a representation as to fee levels.
