EPIC Law is committed to building a practice that reflects the diversity of the bar and the society it serves. This commitment is active, not passive.

Our Approach

The firm recruits on the basis of merit, tested through a structured and transparent process. We actively recruit from institutions beyond the traditional feeder law schools. We do not discount candidates on the basis of gender, caste, religion, regional origin, or disability.

Retention

Diversity without retention is a hollow metric. EPIC Law commits to the same standard of mentorship, matter allocation, and advancement opportunity for every advocate, regardless of background.

The Bar's Own Challenge

The Indian bar remains deeply stratified by caste, class, and gender. EPIC Law does not pretend to solve this with an internal policy alone. We participate in bar association discussions on the subject and support initiatives that address access to the profession at its earliest stages, through our association with Corpus.
